Scam Exposed

The Scammers Alert Project was set up to expose fraudsters and raise awareness on how users can protect themselves from online scams. With scammers finding even more creative ways to manipulate and prey on vulnerable victims, we are here to help make sure the internet isn’t this dark and scary place anymore by spreading knowledge, offering resources, and encouraging you to stop and report the scams you come across.

However, the project’s goal is to expose all matter of scams like phishing schemes, fake online promotions, Ponzi schemes, tech support scams, social media fraud, or fake PR or Wikipedia scams. We have compiled a list of real life examples of fraud in order to categorise these schemes, and hopefully educate people on the typical tactics of the fraudsters and how to avoid you from being party to it.

One special feature of the Scammers Alert Project is a “Report Scam” feature, through which people can report scam activities anonymously. It also builds a database of scams that are broad towards those that need to know about the potential threat.

Furthermore, the project features scam prevention tips, awareness through scam stories and reference to official fraud reporting organizations. Additionally, it works with influencers, media platforms, and the law enforcement community to help amplify the reach of its awareness campaigns.

Scammers Alert not only is a platform where people are reporting fraud but it’s also a movement encouraging people to take a step towards exposing fraud themselves and letting other people know. The project aims to create an informed community of people in order to decrease the rate of scammers’ success and make the internet a safe place for us all.

Let’s get together and fight fraud if you are a victim of a scam or have encountered something suspicious. Together, we can make the world safe and scam free.
